More Than a Job
At Rainbow Village, our team has a common goal: to help homeless families with children chart a new course towards a lifetime of self-sufficiency. We seek talented and diverse staff to provide superior service, guidance and commitment to the families under our care.
Rainbow Village offers health insurance, 401k savings plan, paid holidays and vacation time for full time employees, and is an equal opportunity employer.
The Rainbow Village internship program operates year-round, so interns in any semester are eligible to apply. Some placements can be combined depending on the workload and number of hours available from the student to participate in the internship. Interns must not have a requirement to be under a social worker to complete the internship.

Early Childhood Education and Child and Youth Education Interns
Interns in these positions assist the Program Directors in carrying out the day-to-day operations of those programs.
