Rainbow Village Expansion Project – Proposed Naming Opportunities

Often when people give to a capital campaign they want to explore opportunities to place their name on certain key components. We’ve put together this list of proposed ideas, but we aren’t limited to these. There are many others that we can explore together!

Education/Recreation and Day Care Facility

$2 million investment to have “Business Name/Individual/Family Name” on outside of the building.

  • Elevator – $50,000 investments
  • Dining Room for Community Meals – $250,000 investment
  • Gymnasium (After School Zone) – $500,000 investment
  • Computer Lab – $100,000 – $150,000 investment (assumes 25 computers or work stations)
  • Library/Media Center – $50,000 investment
  • Playground – $100,000 investment
  • Lobby – $100,000 investment

Family Service Center Building

$1 million investment to have “Business Name/Individual/Family Name” on outside of the building.

  • Lobby – $50,000 investment
  • Elevator – $50,000 investment
  • Board Room – $100,000 investment
  • Work Room – $25,000 investment
  • Meeting rooms – $10,000 – $25,000
  • Server Room – $50,000

Apartment Homes Buildings

$500,000 investment to have “Business Name/Individual or Family Name” on outside of each building (5 apartment buildings total)

Each apartment within a building can be named with a $100,000 investment.

Landscape Features

  • Benches – $ 3,000 investment
  • Trees – $1,000 – $2,000 investments
  • Meditation garden – TBD
