Lily Arfa

Lily Arfa joined the Rainbow Village staff in July of 2011. Lily is a rare native Atlantan that grew up in Sandy Springs, GA. She graduated from North Springs High and went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia. For years Lily volunteered at The Drake House in Roswell and worked at Project Safe in Athens supporting women who were victims of domestic violence. She feels her true calling is to help families heal from traumatic life experiences. Her work as Case Manager at Rainbow Village clearly ‘feeds her flame’ as she works side-by-side with our residents counseling them, connecting them to resources and helping them to formulate and work a plan to return to a life of self-sufficiency.
