Erica Allen

As Executive Administrative Assistant, Erica Allen is often the first point of contact many experience when they call in or come to visit our offices. Erica’s responsibilities include administrative support, managing Rainbow Village’s reception and office services, initial program and service inquiries, assisting with special projects and events, creating reports, statistical tracking, investor newsletters and acknowledgements, and database management. She also helps research, prepare and monitor Rainbow Village grant proposals for corporate, foundation and government grants.

Erica joined our staff in 2011. She came to us from the technical college system in upstate South Carolina where she supported programs for non-traditional students. She brings valuable experience to our team offering a strong background in administrative support, grant writing, community partnership development, and program management.
