Rainbow Village Thanksgiving Feast

The Rainbow Village staff and their families celebrated a fantastic Thanksgiving feast with our Rainbow Village families, old and new, on November 17.  There is nothing as exciting as witnessing love for God and neighbor in our community. Volunteers from I-Health and the Gwinnett Braves prepared and served a feast with all the trimmings. Numerous boxes of non-perishable food were given to each family. The children received books of their choice and participated in arts and crafts lovingly prepared by volunteers. Each child was given the microphone to speak of what they were thankful for….Rainbow Village, my house, my mom, my family, my friends, my parents, cookies. All were fed, physically and spiritually. I encourage you to join us in these sacred celebrations of love and family. It is the heart of our ministry.
