Georgia State Report Card on Child Homelessness

America’s Youngest Outcast was put out by the National Center on Family Homelessness in 2009. The State Report Card on Child Homelessness for the state of Georgia is a 7 page, in-depth look at the current state of child homelessness and state government response. Georgia currently ranks 49th of 50 in the United States on the National Center on Family Homelessness’s ranking matrix. The ranking matrix is based on the four domains of child homelessness: extent of child homelessness, child well-being, risk for child homelessness, and state policy and planning efforts.
